DATES: As soon as credentialed - ongoing

SHIFTS: 5 - 7 shifts per month

24 hour shifts with call

SETTING: 270 bed hospital

Trauma level I hospital

JOB Details:

Cover pediatric floor, PICU, and consults from ER

14 bed pediatric unit

2022 Peds/PICU admission/Census Data: 518 admissions

ADC: 6

PEDIATRIC HOSPITALIST LOCUMS REQUIREMENTS: 

Active AZ license or IMLC License

Must be board certified

Must be available for 5-7 shifts per month

Clean malpractice and credentialing history

Travel, housing, and malpractice insurance included
