Currently on a one-year sabbatical and exploring Europe, Leigha plans to return to clinical practice in the future. Meanwhile, she continues to make an impact through her popular podcast, So You Want to Work in Healthcare, where she shares her personal journey and offers candid advice to aspiring healthcare professionals.
