APP – Critical Care – Virginia – Locums

Credentials Accepted: APP – NP’s and PA’s with Critical Care experience Board level: Board Certified (BC) Skills/Procedures: Provider needs to be highly comfortable with high acuity patients/procedures. PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS for privileges: Clinician MUST provide case log documentation showing a minimum of 15 Intubations, 15 Central lines, 15 Arterial lines within the past 12 months. They must be able to provide the above procedural case logs that meet minimum requirements during the ENTIRE privileging process. CLINICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Clinician must provide case log documentation of inpatient care to minimum of 100 patients in the critical care unit during the past 12 months. This is a hospital mandatory requirement for privileges.
