No – Gen Surg, Othro, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Hospitalist, ED physician Licensed Candidate: Yes, active AK license in hand at time of present Required certifications (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable) ACLS EMR EPIC Proficient user
