Opportunity Details:

Minimum # of shifts: 2 weeks/month Monday-Friday 8- hour shifts (7a-3:30p); **5 -8-hour (7a-3: 30p) shifts per week **flexibility will be needed with shift length and location as coverage needs change Call and weekends are required

Requirements:

ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE: FROM OUT OF STATE (NO FL PROVIDERS) A current out of State Driver’s license must be submitted with the presentation. Do call, nights and/or weekends. CANNOT be days only. ACCEPTING FULL-TIME CANDIDATES ONLY – Provider must have 4 weeks a month of availability to provide. NO NEW GRADS. MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Must be Board Certified Rush Start: Can get temps within 3-4 weeks for clean, FL Licensed clinicians.
