Opportunity Details:

Seeking an ABEM-certified Emergency Medicine Physician for ongoing locums coverage at a community-based emergency department in South Carolina. Providers will work 12-hour day or night shifts in a low-volume setting averaging approximately 13 patients per day. This is a single-coverage environment with no APP support, ideal for physicians who are comfortable practicing independently. Epic EMR is utilized, and temporary privileges may be available for qualified candidates.

Requirements:

Applicants must be ABEM Board Certified and hold an active South Carolina medical license. Candidates should have recent Emergency Medicine experience and be comfortable managing patients independently in a community emergency department. No new graduates will be considered. Providers must maintain a clean malpractice history and be available to work either Thanksgiving or Christmas coverage. Ability to commit to at least three shifts per month is required.
