Fast Facts:

Provide neonatal care in a high?volume Level III NICU setting across day, night, and weekend coverage. Day coverage Monday-Friday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM Night coverage 4:30 PM–8:30 AM (16 hours) Weekend coverage 12? or 24?hour shifts Approximately 6–8 shifts per month Flexible – No Call

Opportunity Details:

Provide neonatal advanced practice coverage in a high?census Level III NICU, supporting day, night, and weekend shifts as needed. Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill and premature neonates in collaboration with attending physicians and residents. Responsibilities align with a team?based care model, with census shared among APPs, residents, and attending providers depending on shift coverage.

Requirements:

NNP-C or PA (NCCPA) | Active NJ license, DEA, CSR, Level III NICU Experience | NRP Certification | PALS, BLS | Must be available for nights and weekends
