Opportunity Details:

A healthcare system in South Carolina is seeking a fellowship-trained Diagnostic Radiologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity. This onsite position offers weekday day shifts with optional weekend coverage and no overnight responsibilities. The provider will interpret diagnostic imaging studies for a regional network of facilities, collaborate with an established radiology team, and may perform light interventional radiology procedures. The assignment utilizes Sectra PACS and PowerScribe voice recognition systems and offers a stable, long-term opportunity while the organization recruits permanent physicians.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates must hold an MD or DO, have completed fellowship training, and be Board Certified or Board Eligible within five years. Candidates should have experience in diagnostic radiology and be comfortable reading a broad range of imaging studies. An active South Carolina medical license is preferred, although providers without a current state license may be considered. Applicants must be willing to obtain privileges across multiple facilities within the health system and provide a detailed modality list during the submission process.
