WORKSITE SETTING: • Outpatient Breast Oncology clinic • Hartford Hospital within the Hartford HealthCare system • Dedicated oncology practice focused on breast cancer treatment and management SCOPE OF WORK: • Provide outpatient Breast Oncology services • Evaluate new and established oncology patients • Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams • Document patient care and treatment plans within Epic CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct oncology consultations and follow-up visits • Manage systemic therapy and ongoing cancer treatment plans • Coordinate care with surgeons, radiation oncologists, nursing staff, and support services • Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans as clinically appropriate VOLUME | SUPPORT: • Average 15 to 20 patients per day • Outpatient practice environment • Established oncology support staff and multidisciplinary resources • No procedural responsibilities START DATE: • November 2, 2026 ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: • 17 weeks • November 2, 2026 through February 28, 2027 SCHEDULE: • Monday through Friday • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Minimum of 3 shifts per week • No call coverage
