Shift: 7a-3p, M-F, weekday call 3p-7a, weekend call Fri @ 7a- Mon @ 7a Schedule: • 10/19/26 – 10/23/26 – NO WEEKDAY CALL (MD) • 11/5/26- 11/13/26 – Weekend Call 11/6 -11/8 & Weekday call 11/10, 11/12 (MD) • 12/21/26 – 12/30/26 – Holiday Call 12/24/26 -12/27/26 (NO FULL-TIME PROVIDER AVAILABLE TO TAKE CALL- very urgent) (MD)

Requirements:

NY License in Hand Epic Experience Required AHA or RQI certs Ensure that the work history is up to date Ensure there are no gaps of 30+ days If malpractice is involved, dismissed or not, we need a physician statement Cannot accept Residents or Fellow
