Opportunity Details:

Monday – Thursday: 8am-6pm 3 weeks per month (1 physician willing to do 3 weeks per month, DO NOT want multiple providers working sporadic weeks) 6 -9 months Starting ASAP (I anticipate early August if we can find someone right away – due to the privileging and credentialing process) On-Call: 4p – 8a (as needed to fill in holes)

Requirements:

NY License in Hand Epic Experience Required AHA or RQI certs Must be Board Certified
