Opportunity Details:

Start- ASAP as soon as credentialed 10hr shifts 0700-1700 for 1 week a month of Gen Card. Call- anticipate 2 weeknight calls during a one week stretch and potentially 24hr weekend call (as needed)

Requirements:

equired clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs)- Applicant must provide documentation of provision of cardiovascular disease services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months. EP: Applicant must provide documentation of performance of electrophysiology cases (100) representative of the scope and complexity of privileges requested during the previous 24 months Support Staff- Yes, at times. There is APC support Monday-Saturday. Licensed Candidate: WA licensed, IMLC accepted, willing to license depending on start Required Certs- ACLS, BLS and ARNP. EMR EPIC
