Fast Facts:

You’ll provide comprehensive outpatient primary care—including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute visits—to patients ages 12 and older. Expect a manageable average volume of ~20 patients per day, supportive onsite staff, and a modern workflow using EPIC EMR.

Requirements:

Active South Carolina medical license DEA license and CSR credentials Board Certified (ABFM or equivalent) MD/DO Clean background; no malpractice history EPIC EMR proficiency
