Opportunity Details:

Schedule: 4 days in clinice, 5th days is more of a work from home/ admin day for at least 4 hours
Patient demographic: Adult and Geriatric
Patients per shift: 14- 16
EMR: Epic

Requirements:

Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (0-5 years of residency)
Active Colorado state license
Pay: Competitive market rate
