Opportunity Details:

  • Shift: Monday- Friday 8 hours (typically 0830- 1700); weekends and call are rotating weeknights and weekends
  • Setting: Inpatient/ Call/ Outpatient/ Clinic
  • Call ratio: 1:5 (shared w/ 4 NPs)
  • Patient demographic: Adult/ Geriatric
  • Clinic patients per day: 14
  • Inpatient admissions per day: Varies

Requirements:

  • Board Certified/ Board Eligible
  • Active Virginia state license
  • Active DEA
  • AHF Fellowship (LVAD experience)
